Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus and Apple iPhone 16 Plus (one of the best phones currently available) are large smartphones that have similar appearances. The Galaxy S25 Plus, the new of two, shows Samsung's sophisticated design language back with its smooth, round metal frame and smooth glass. The iPhone 16 Plus is similarly prepared elegant, including round corners, well -executed buttons and a stunning glass back.

Despite its size, the iPhone 16 Plus provides a comfortable grip when used without a case. Although we have not yet reviewed the Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus, we expect a similar grip experience. Both are available in lively and stylish colors. The Galaxy S25 Plus comes in icybluenavy, mint, silver warshadow, coralrade, blubblack and pinkgongol

Both devices have arranged rear cameras vertically. The Galaxy S25 Plus has a triple-camera setup, while the iPhone 16 Plus has a dual-camera configuration.

About the display, both phones have expansion screens with vibrant colors and high resolutions. The Galaxy S25 Plus has a 6.7 -inch dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, which enables smooth scrolling and animation. In contrast, the iPhone 16 Plus is equipped with a 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR display, known for its color accuracy and high peak shine, but has a standard refresh rate of 60Hz, which is disappointing for a phone in 2025.

Finally, while the Galaxy S25 Plus provides more fluid user experience due to its high fresh rate, the iPhone 16 Plus prefer image quality and external visibility.

It is difficult to determine which phone is better in terms of design. However, the Galaxy S25 Plus has an increase in comparison due to better refreshing rates.

Winner, Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus

Regarding raw performance, the Galaxy S25 Plus and iPhone 16 Plus are closely matched, equipped with each impressive processor. The Galaxy S25 Plus has a customized version of the latest chipset of Snapdragon 8 Elite, Qualcomm for Galaxy in the Galaxy S25 Plus. In contrast, the iPhone 16 Plus is powered by the A18 chip of Apple, which is famous for its extraordinary performance and efficiency. Standard Manifest the Snapdragon chip, there is little advantage in both single-core and multi-core performance. This occurs as a result of a better performance for fast everyday tasks, faster app launch and better performance for demanding gaming and intensive multitasking activities.

However, this does not mean that A18 is an inferior chip in the iPhone 16 Plus. Both phones are incredibly high speed and responsible for specific functions such as browsing, social media and photography. However, the Snapdragon chip gives a slight increase in the Galaxy S25 and overall performance.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus and Apple iPhone 16 Plus have an impressive camera system with unique strength. The Galaxy S25 Plus has a versatile triple camera setup, including a high-resolution main sensor, an ultravide lens and a telephoto lens, providing flexibility for various scenes.

In contrast, the iPhone 16 Plus uses a dual camera system with a primary and ultravide lens. While it lacks a telephoto option, Apple's computational photography enhances the image quality and picture effects.

We have not yet tested the Samsung phone, so direct comparison is difficult. However, the camera specs on the Galaxy S25 Plus are similar to its preceding, Galaxy S24, which we have compared to the iPhone 16, with the same camera system similar to the iPhone 16 Plus. In that compared, we favor iPhone 16 due to the new camera control button. This button is not just a physical feature; It also includes a capacitive sensor on top of it. By pressing the camera control lightly during the camera is open, a new user interface appears, allowing you to choose camera controls such as exposure, zoom and style. You can swipe your finger under the control of the camera for cycling through these options, press the button lightly to choose one, and then slide your finger again to adjust the selected settings.

While there may be a minor learning state, this new experience is pleasant and the master will not take a long time.

Overall, we were disappointed with the camera system on the Galaxy S25 Plus. The Galaxy S Plus had a phone in the Galaxy Lineup, which was a strong need for an update this year, but unfortunately, it did not receive a one.

The main lens uses pixel binning to combine four pixels into one, allowing it to capture 12MP photos that are quite wide and can compete with most phones. However, this is where the competition ends, as rival smartphones are equipped with high resolution sensors in their telephoto and ultravide cameras, producing more expansion and much better overall images. Even the iPhone 16 Plus, which does not have telephoto, performs better.

Winner: Apple iPhone 16 Plus

When comparing the Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S24 Plus, you will see that their battery capacity is the same. Although the new Galaxy S25 Plus has a more efficient chip, it is unlikely to affect overall battery performance, and may improve. The S24 Plus is average around the use of two days at the same charge, so it would be great if the S25 Plus is equal to or more. The iPhone 16 Plus does not have a large capacity in real form, but it still distributes strong battery life, manages the value of a strong day life on a charge.

In terms of charging, the Galaxy S25 Plus provides rapid wired charging speed, when required fast recharging. On the other hand, the iPhone 16 Plus features magsafe technology, which provides rapid wireless charging, making it convenient to charge without cable.

Ultimately, the best option for you in terms of charging will depend on your charging preferences. Galaxy S25 Plus is better if you give importance to fast wired charging. However, if you prefer wireless charging facility and speed with Magsafe, the iPhone 16 Plus is the way to go.

So apple phone has an edge in terms of charging, but the S25 Plus battery life can blow out of water well if it manages to live longer as its predecessor. We are going to give this to Samsung phone for now.

While Apple clearly does not explain a specific time limit, iPhones usually receive five to six years of software updates.
