Roccat Burst Pro Air review: More than a pretty light show

Design and comfort

While the switches are optical, they still have some tact, and quick response time makes this mouse even more desirable. The scroll wheel feels like any other pointed wheel and acts, but it is slightly loud than other mice I have recently tried.

The switch impressed me, but did not censor. Burst Pro Air ROCCAT uses an owl-eye sensor, with a maximum DPI 19,000 and 1,000 Hz voting rates.

During the previous year, for example, large peripheral companies such as Razor have released mice with extremely high polling rates. This razor is evident in the wiper 8KHz, with a polling rate of 8,000 Hz and the maximum DPI 20,000. Did it bother me? No, however, the technique of owl-eye is a bit dated, especially for this price point.

Gaming performance
