How to delete your Twitter account

How to delete your Twitter account: via desktop website

As we have mentioned earlier, you cannot immediately remove your Twitter profile, but you can kick the process of removing the account by neutralizing your account. Here is told how to do if you are on the desktop website.

step 1: Go Twitter.com And if you are not already logging in, then log into your account.

At this point, your account should now be deactivated and will not show your profile and user names (except for others' tweets that refer to your user names) on the site or mobile app. Your account still exists for 30 and days, however, to give you time to change your mind and re -activate your account. How to remove your Twitter account: Android and iOS device

You can deactivate your account (and deletion process) on Twitter's mobile app for Android and iOS. This way.

Now your account should be deactivated. Remember, this means that your account will still be present for 30 days, but does not appear on Twitter's site or apps (if it is mentioned in someone else's tweets with the exception to your user name). After being near 30 days without re -activating your account, your account will then be removed.
