Phone’s music player lost its charm? It needs Chord’s Mojo 2

There is a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) inside your phone, but if you are serious about its audio performance, you would like to replace it with external DAC and amplifier. Cord Mojo 2 replaces the original Cord Mojo DAC released in 2016, and comes with updated internal, more features, better battery life and much more.

Mojo 2 is made with a black anodized finish from aluminum and now the old version has four colored buttons at the front compared to three. The new fourth button uses a large new feature of Mojo 2: a defective digital sound processor (DSP).

This is called UHD DSP, and Cord says that the technology inside it is a world-first. The 104-bit Custom Digital Sound Processor (DSP) inside the Mojo 2 runs on 705/748KHz for PIN-Sharp accuracy. It also enables you to tune the sound as per your choice, including low and high traced, plus low and middle bass covering with 18 stages of frequency per frequency, without any loss of sound quality.

Additionally, UHD DSP has more accurate volume control, a cross -feed feature in which to control you spatial effects with four stages, regardless of your headphones. This is another new aspect of Mojo 2, as Cord says it is suitable for almost any headphone, so it does not think you must own the most expensive pair for it to make a big difference for your hearing.

There are dual 3.5 mm headphone jacks at one end of Mojo 2 so that you can hear with a friend, and the other has device connections. A USB Type-C is added to the MicroUSB connector, as well as an optical/coex port. This may be connected to your phone (Android through USB Type-C, or an iPhone, provided you use an adapter), your computer, or any music player. The inside battery is a slightly larger capacity than the old model and should last for about eight hours, but the big change is rapid charging and better heat management.
