With ongoing bans around the world, coffee lovers (including this writer) have had to live with homemade beers rather than their favorite cupas from their favorite cafes. It’s by no means the biggest lockdown worry, but caffeine withdrawal is a very real thing! Interestingly, Google Photos now has a function (h / t) 9to5Google) to remind you of some of your best lively moments.
The app now presents a caffeine-centric selection, “Blissful Buzz,” which curates all of the photos you’ve taken of your delicious coffees. Why? Because who doesn’t have to look at a nice cup of Joe with the perfect milk foam?
However, staring at some of these images can make your cravings worse. Even so, it’s nice to know there’s good coffee out there, even if it’s just pictures on your phone.
The new Blissful Buzz section of Google Photos is now available for the Android and iOS versions of the app. If you have images that match Google’s criteria, this section will be filled in. However, if you’re not a coffee photographer, you’re out of luck.
If you can’t find your Blissful Buzz area in Google Photos, please wait a few days for it to become available in your accounts.
